1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of A Culvert On The Szczereżanka Stream Along With Access Roads In Maszkowice And Jazowsko. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Type Of Works: - Execution Of Demolition And Earthworks; - Construction Of A Culvert; - Construction Of Access Surfaces; On The Terms Specified In The Swz. 2. During The Works, Access To And Access To The Buildings Should Be Ensured, Limiting The Nuisance Caused By Construction Works To A Minimum. Particular Attention Should Be Paid To Making Backfills For Underground Utilities From Non-Wall Material And Ensuring Their Solid Compaction (Is=1.0). This Is A Necessary Condition For The Construction Of A Durable Bridge Access Structure. Demolition Materials Should Be Classified As Rubble Or Reusable Material. The Rubble Will Be Transported By The Contractor From The Construction Site To The Place Of Disposal, And The Materials Suitable For Reuse Will Be Transported By The Contractor From The Construction Site To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Documentation - Annex No. 4, Provisions Of The Swz, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Also Attaches The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 9, With The Proviso That They Are For Illustrative And Informative Purposes Only And Should Be Treated As Auxiliary To The Design Documentation And Stwior, When Determining The Actual Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
