The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Room 303 (Designated For The Office Of The Dean Of Wms) And Classroom 304 In The P-A3a4 Bay Of The Faculty Of Applied Mathematics At Agh In Krakow, Which Includes, Among Others: • Dismantling And Demolition Works (Including Room Equipment, Blinds/Blinds, Suspended Ceilings, Blinds, Dismantling Of Electrical Installations, Dismantling Of Floors And Flooring Layers (Suprema),• Preparation Of Surfaces For Painting,• Demolition Works And Widening Of Door Openings, Including Installation Of New Lintels,• Division Of Room 303 (Deans Office Of Wms) With Separation Of Space For Social Facilities And Passage To Adjacent Rooms,• Beading Of Walls (Kitchen Apron),• Painting Works Along With Priming Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces,• Flooring Works (Making Screeds And Making New Panel Floors Vinyl, Construction Of Plinths), • Finishing Of Walls And Ceilings With Plasterboards Including Filling Of Joints And Painting, • Installation Of New Doors - 3 Pieces Of Non-Rebated Doors With A Hidden Frame And One Non-Rebated Door With A Visible Frame, • Electrical Installation Works - Including Installation In Walls And Ceilings, Replacement Of Equipment, Installation Of New Sockets, Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures, Installation Of New Lighting Fixtures, Measurements. Electrical, • Replacement Of Thresholds In Doors To Rooms, Installation Of New Door Thresholds, • Installation Of Air Vents, • Replacement Of Window Sill Supports Along With Cutting And Maintenance Of Window Sills, • Replacement Of Ventilation Grilles In Rooms, • Construction Of New Sanitary Facilities Along With Preparation Of A Kitchen Apron And Necessary Installations, • Works On The Existing Air Conditioning: The Scope Of Work Should Include The Transfer Of The Air Conditioner From The Plasterboard Panel To The Wall (Due To The Liquidation Of The Panel). • As Part Of The Works Related To Relocation Of The Air Conditioner Should Include Restarting The Existing Air Conditioning And Filling The Refrigerant, As Well As All Measurements And Tests Of The Correct Operation Of The Entire System. Note: The Scope Of Work Does Not Include The Equipment Of The Rooms. The Scope Of Work Should Include The Installation Of All Existing Installations In The Walls. The Contractor Should Provide A Full Warranty For The Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months (3 Years) In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Warranty Statement.
