1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of A Civil Protection Resources Warehouse As Part Of The Project Crisis Management Center With A Civil Protection Resources Warehouse As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program, Segment D - Added To Segment A From The South (Without Communication With The Other Parts) - Resources Warehouse With An Arcade On The Eastern And Southern Sides, Where The Entrance Gate To The Above-Mentioned Warehouse Is Located. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Accompanying Works Ensuring Its Proper Use. The Scope Of The Investment Includes Preparation And Protection Of The Construction Site, Earthworks, Foundation Works And Moisture Insulation. The Works Also Include The Construction Of Structural Elements, Including Walls And Ceilings With Reinforcement, As Well As The Construction Of External And Internal Walls With Insulation And A Plaster Facade. The Order Will Also Include The Construction Of A Roof Truss With Roof Covering And Necessary Treatments, Installation Of Window And Door Joinery And Finishing Works, Including In Particular Internal Plastering, Painting And Flooring. The Scope Also Includes The Execution Of Internal Installations, Including Electrical And Lightning Protection, Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Ventilation Installations, As Well As All Accompanying Works, Tests, Acceptance And As-Built Documentation. All Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge.3. The Order Includes The Construction Of A Civil Defense Resources Warehouse (Segment D) In Accordance With The Construction Design. Other Works Included In The Design Documentation Will Not Be Carried Out As Part Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Above Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Provided Design Documentation Within The Scope Of The Above Description.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation (Appendix No. 12 To The Swz) And In The Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz).
