Scope Of Work: Construction Of A Bituminous Surface With A Road Width Of 4.00 M (Passing Lane 5.50 M Wide) And A Length Of 695.00 M, Including Sub-Base, Construction Of Roadsides And Exits From Crushed Aggregate. Road Industry: - Preparatory Works - Widening - Roadway - Shoulders/Exits - Inventory The Detailed Scope And Type Of Work To Be Performed As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Was Presented In: 1) Construction Design, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3) Bid Cost Estimate, Bill Of Quantities. Note Design Documentation May Indicate Trademarks Or Origins For Some Materials And Devices. The Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Public Procurement Law Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, And All Goods Specified In The Documentation, From Specific Producers, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Characteristics That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Quality Parameters Of The Requirements, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Indicates The Name Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, And Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. A Contractor Who In His Offer Refers To The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Described In The Swz Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
