1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For An Outdoor Gym, A Recreational Gazebo, Installation Of Lighting And Landscaping. 2) The Equipment Offered By The Contractor Must Be Brand New. 3) The Ordered Equipment Must Be Safe And Durable And Resistant To Destruction During Use, As Well As Resistant To Weather Conditions. 4) All Equipment Elements Should Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn En 16630:2015-06 And Should Have Certificates Of Compliance With The Indicated Standard. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions In This Respect. The Cross-Sections And Thicknesses Of Elements Given In The Technical Documentation Are Minimum Values. 5) All Technical Materials Must Be Approved For Trading And General Use In Accordance With Applicable Law, On The Basis Of Ce Certificates Of Conformity And Technical Approvals, And Must Have Certificates That Will Allow Them To Be Used, If Required. 6) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Presented In Part Iii Of The Swz.
