1. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Performance Of Works And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Renovation And Reconstruction Works In A Residential Building At Ul. Waryńskiego 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In Particular In Strengthening The External Walls And Finishing Works, Such As Finishing The Facade With A New Paint Coating And Installing New Joinery. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: - Demolition Works, - Chipping Away The Remains Of Plaster And Cleaning The Walls, - Repairing Scratches And Cracks On The Facade And Filling In Missing Bricks And Holes. Plaster, Painting Works On The Rear And Side Facades, Replacement Of Window Frames, Renovation Of The Entrance Door, Cleaning Works, Finishing Works. Note: The Number Of Windows To Be Replaced Is 8 Pieces In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities And The Attached Fragment Of The Project Approved By The District Office.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With: 1) The Design Documentation Held By The Ordering Party Together With A Fragment Of The Project (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz), 2) The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz), 3) Conditions Resulting From Applicable Legal Provisions, 4) Requirements Resulting From Applicable Standards And Technical Approvals, 5) Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills. Due To The Lump-Sum Remuneration Adopted For The Contract, Bills Of Quantities Are Only Of Auxiliary Nature And Are Used To Detail The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Are Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of Construction Work And Help Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of The Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting The Offer. The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory And Complementary In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities, The Contractor Will Not Be Able To Limit The Scope Of His Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence. If The Design Documentation Does Not Provide Detailed Information About The Technology For Performing The Works Or The Execution Of A Specific Element Of The Entire Order, Or Does Not Sufficiently Specify The Type And Standard Of Materials Or Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Prior Decision In This Regard From The Ordering Party Each Time.3.
