The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works Together With The Necessary Supplies In The Existing Gymnasium Building At The Primary School In Gniewczyn Łańcucka, Including: 1) Demolition Works, Including: Existing Surface, Cutting Out Existing Sleeves, Cutting Grooves In The Walls, Shoeing For The Joinery, 2) Disassembly And Reassembly Of The Halls Permanent Equipment, 3) Demolition Of The Door Joinery, 4) Building New Sleeves For Sports Equipment In The Floor, 5) Masonry And Finishing Works Related To Bricking Up The Door Opening; 6) Assembly Works Of New Led Lighting, 7) Works Related To Removing Mold From The Walls, 8) Installation Of Doors With Appropriate Equipment,9) Painting And Finishing Works On Walls And Ceilings,10) Construction Of A New Sports Surface According To Adopted Technology And Material Specifications;11) Purchase Of Supplies And Assembly Of Sports Equipment And Equipment Elements,12) Cleaning And Renovation Of The Existing Curtain Of The Hall,13) Cleaning Works Inside And Outside The Hall, Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Technical Specifications For The Surface Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. Due To The Fact That The Remuneration Will Be A Cost Estimate, The Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Is Binding. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bill Of Quantities Received From The Ordering Party, Using The Price Base He Adopted For Cost Estimation And After Adding Vat. The Bid Cost Estimate Should Be Consistent With The Bill Of Quantities And Should Include The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works, A Description Of The Works Consistent With The Description Included In The Bill Of Quantities, The Measurements Used In The Bill Of Quantities And A Flat-Rate Net Unit Price For Each Item In The Bill Of Quantities.5. The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed From The Budget Of The Podkarpackie Voivodeship On The Basis Of An Agreement On Financial Assistance Granted To The Commune For The Implementation Of An Investment Task In The Field Of Sports Infrastructure.
