1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Titled: Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Task Entitled Karwieńskie Błota - Reconstruction Of Water Distribution Devices In The Krokowa Commune And The Town Of Władysławowo, Puck Poviat, Pomeranian Voivodeship. Opinions/Arrangements/Permits/Decisions Enabling Investor Supervision And Ordering Construction Works For The Task Titled: Karwieńskie Błota - Reconstruction Of Water Distribution Devices; Commune Krokowa And The Town Of Władysławowo, Poviat Pucki, Voivodeship Pomeranian. As Part Of The Study, All Consents And Permits Necessary To Implement The Investment Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Water Management Devices Should Be Obtained, Including: The Gate On The A-1 Canal, The Siphon Under The River And The Storm Gates. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Maintain Storm Protection Against The Backwater Inflow Of The Baltic Sea Waters And To Maintain The Hydraulic Patency Between The Karwianka River, The A-1 Canal And The R-E Ditch, I.E. To Enable Efficient Water Management. Waters Of The Karwianka River And The Waters Flowing Into It Of The R-E Ditch And The A-1 Canal (Draining Water From The Karwia Polder). Due To The Poor Technical Condition Of Existing Buildings, Fulfilling The Above Functions Is Difficult And May Become Impossible Over Time. For This Purpose, It Is Planned To Carry Out: - Reconstruction Of The Concrete Culvert On The Karwianka River, With A Clearance Of 2X 1.3X1.8 M With Storm Protection Closures, - Reconstruction Of The Concrete Culvert From The A-1 Canal, With An Existing Clearance Of 2X Fi = 1.0 M, - Reconstruction Of The Concrete Culvert From The R-E Ditch, With An Existing Clearance Of Fi = 0.6 M, - Reconstruction Of The Siphon Under The Karwianka River With Existing Concrete Pipe Fi=0.6M. The Target Sizes Of The Devices And Their Technical Parameters Will Be Selected By The Designer On The Basis Of Hydraulic And Hydrological Calculations Of The Catchment Area And The Amount Of Water Necessary To Be Carried Out. The Implementation Of The Basic Order Is Divided Into The Following Stages: Stage I, Stage Ii, Stage Iii, Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.1.2 The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Using The Options In This Order. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Option Right Are The Following Services: Option I: Environmental Impact Report (Eis) (If The Authority Imposes An Obligation To Prepare The Report).
