The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Is The Construction Of The Exhibition Area During The Tutto Food 2026 Fair On May 11-14, 2026. In Milan, Italy. As Part Of Part No. 1 Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Build 180 M2 Of Exhibition Space In Accordance With The Design Of The Promotional Stand (Stand) Developed By The Contractor; B) Provide Technical Service To The Stand During The Fair; C) Operate The Stand By Three People (Hostesses Or Hosts), Speaking At Least Two Of The Following Languages: Italian, Polish Or English; D) Dismantle The Stand Development Referred To In Point A), After The End Of The Fair; E) Providing A Third-Party Liability Insurance Policy For A Minimum Amount Of Pln 500,000.00 Against Any Damage Caused To Third Parties, Including: The Organizer Of The Fair And Sub-Exhibitors; F) Taking And Providing The Ordering Party With Photos Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Promotional Stand Along With The Copyrights To The Photos; G) Recording, Developing And Delivering To The Ordering Party A Promotional Film Regarding The Activities Carried Out At The Stand Along With The Copyrights To The Film.
