4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New Products Not Older Than 2025 As Part Of The Task Titled: Investment In The Infrastructure Of Vocational Education At Ul. Odwodnia 8 In Kowalewo Pomorskie; Renovation Of Car Workshops. By Factory New, The Ordering Party Understands Full-Value Products Made Of New Elements, Without A Trace Of Damage, In The Manufacturers Original Packaging (If Applicable), With A Visible Logo, Product Symbol, Free From Material And Production Defects, Originating From Current Production. The Devices Delivered As Part Of The Order In The Required Quantity For Each Assortment Item Must Be From The Same Manufacturer And Model, With The Same Parameters And Properties. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver, Install And Commission The Devices And Conduct Training/Instruction In The Operation And Operation Of The Devices Before The Expiry Of The Order Deadline Specified In The Contract At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. Transport And Unloading At The Ordering Partys Premises Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Ensures That The Delivered Equipment Does Not Have Any Physical Or Legal Defects And Has Been Placed On The Market In Accordance With Legal Acts Implementing The New Approach Directives, Which Will Be Confirmed By The Ce Marking, Which Will Be Placed On The Equipment In Accordance With The Act Of August 30, 2002 On The Conformity Assessment System (Journal Of Laws Of 2014, Item 1645, As Amended). Due To The Fact That Renovation Works Are Ongoing At The Facility, Delivery And Assembly Will Take Place Only After The Completion Of These Works, The Contractor Will Have To Carry Out Delivery And Assembly In Consultation With The Contractor.
