A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. • The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Is A Manufacturer Of Medicinal Products With A Current Authorization For The Production Or Import Of Medicinal Products Issued By The Chief Pharmaceutical Inspector And Ensures Compliance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of November 9, 2015 On The Requirements Of Good Manufacturing Practice (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1979, As Amended). (Hereinafter Referred To As Good Manufacturing Practice Or Gmp In The Contract) During The Performance Of Activities Assigned Under The Agreement.• The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Radiopharmaceuticals In Accordance With The Schedule Established By The Ordering Party.• The Contractor Should Provide Documentation Confirming The Correct Calibration Of Each Delivery.• In Addition, The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Has A Permit From The National Atomic Energy Agency In The Field Of Preparations Containing Radioactive Isotopes.• The Ordering Party Expects That The Contractor Will Have Means Of Transport At Its Disposal.
