The Subject Of The Order Is The Radio Planning Service, Radio Range Audit Consisting In Measuring The Radio Signal In The Łódź Voivodeship And Analyzing The Network Efficiency In The Following Scope: 1) Analysis Of The Radio Signal Of 40 Radio Points In The Łódź Voivodeship Performed At Least In 4 Directions/Planes From Each Repeater (Points Distributed Relatively Evenly Throughout The Łódź Voivodeship - Poviat Cities, Communes); 2) The Signal Strength/Range Should Be Measured To A Value Corresponding To -100Dbm;3) Measurements Should Be Performed In The Field Using Tools Allowing To Reflect The Receiving Devices Installed In Ambulances Of The State Emergency Medical Service (I.E. An Antenna On A Vehicle Simulating With Its Dimensions A Type B Ambulance);4) Measurement Data Should Be Prepared In The Format Of: A) Graphic Layer (E.G. Shp Or Kmz/Kml) Allowing Data Visualization In Arcgis Pro In The Possession Of The Ordering Party, B) Pdf Showing The Ranges In A Graphical Form For Each Point Separately And For All Points Collectively, C) Xlsx Containing A Tabular Summary (Numerical Data): - Name Of The Radio Point, - Address Of The Radio Point, - Coordinates Of The Radio Point In Decimal Format, - Rx Tx Frequency Of The Radio Point, - Relative Height Of The Antenna And Above Sea Level, - Location Of Each Point Measurement (Gps Coordinates In The Decimal System), Signal Strength For Individual Measurement Points (Expressed In Dbm);5) The Coverage Audit Should Also Be Completed With A Report - Descriptive Information With Conclusions Regarding Further Actions In The Field Of Optimizing The Location Of Antennas Or The Location Of Radio Points Or Other Activities Aimed At Improving The Network;6) The Implementation Of The Task Should Be Completed No Later Than June 12, 2026 (Additionally Points Will Be Awarded For Faster Completion Services);7) The Selected Contractor Will Undertake To Sign Confidentiality Statements Regarding The Detailed Location Of Radio Points;8) Additionally, Points Will Be Scored For The Use Of Specialized Tools For Simulating Radio Ranges And The Presentation Of Simulation Results (Apart From The Analysis Performed In The Field).2.
