The Main Purpose Of Acquiring External Assistance Is To Support The Further Development, Introduction And Use Of State Accounting Standards (Srs), Strengthen Internal Financial Management, Improve The Follow-Up Of Srs Accounts To Underlying Businesses And Ensure Better Utilization Of Dføs System Portfolio. The Ministry Is A Basic Service + Customer Of Dføs Payroll And Accounting Services. The Assistance Shall Also Include Targeted Skills Development For The Management And Affected Employees, Including Professional Users In The Payroll And Accounting Area. The Assignment Involves Close Cooperation With The Ministrys Finance Section And Requires Good Insight Into State Financial Regulations, Including The Connection Between The Cash Principle And The Accrual Principle (Srs), Dføs Systems And Services.
