ba-26-013-Vt-Care Center . Description The Client Hereby Invites Competition For Contract Ba-26-013-Vt-Omsorgssenter In Vestre Toten Municipality. Vestre Toten Municipality Will Build A New Care Center With Bta Of Approx. 8900M2. The Center Will Be Located At Bøverbru On The Site Of The Current Nursing Home. Gnr/Bnr 63/15. 48 Nursing Home Places, 16 Care Homes And 30 Activity Places Will Be Built. A Flexible Building Will Be Built That Can Accommodate The Changes To Come. The Care Homes Will Be Able To Be Converted Into Institutional Places If Necessary. It Is Also An Ambition For The Project That The Building Should Be Accessible And Open To The Local Environment. The Existing Nursing Home Will Be Demolished As Part Of This Contract. The Building Is To Be Built With A Total Of 3 Levels With A Basement Under Parts Of The Building. The Building Is Planned With Steel And Concrete With A Wooden Facade, Facade Tiles And Metal Cladding. Sensory Gardens Will Be Developed In Connection With The Building. The Terrain Must Be Adapted To Neighboring Buildings And Retaining Walls Must Be Established Against Neighboring Buildings. A Superstructure Will Be Established To Connect The Gimlevegen Care Homes Together With The New Care Centre. Energy Wells Will Be Established Which Will Be Connected To Heat Pumps For Heating The Building. Two Parking Spaces Will Also Be Created For Gimletun Care Homes And Bøverbru Kindergarten. During The Entire Construction Period, There Will Be Operations At Gimlevegen Care Homes, Gimletun Care Homes And Bøverbru Nursery. Access And Parking Must Be Ensured For Employees, Delivery Of Goods, Stretchers, Ambulances Etc. Throughout The Construction Period.
