The Machine Must Be 5-Axis And Have A Maximum Footprint Of 4980Mm X 8500Mm. The Cnc Machine Will Strengthen The Knowledge And Digital Competence In The Model Workshop At Ntnu. The Aim Is To Be Able To Produce Precise And Complex Models And Prototypes More Efficiently, Reproducibly And With Higher Quality. The Machine Will Support Both Research Projects And The Practical Training Of Students, And At The Same Time Reflect Current Industrial Standards And Contribute To Automating Existing Manual And Partially Automated Processes In Order To Be Able To Carry Out Complex Parametric Tasks As Well As Secure And Further Develop Future Projects And Interdisciplinary Activities In The Model Workshop. The Purchase Is A One-Off Purchase, Accompanied By A Service Agreement. An Extension Of The Warranty And Service Agreement Can Be Offered As Options.
