The Public Prosecutors Office Requests Your Offer For The Supply, Replacement And Destruction Of Physical Data Security Material For The Use Of The Public Prosecutors Office As A Complete Service In Accordance With Information Security And Data Protection Requirements As A Complete Service In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Annexes. The Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Transportation And Handling Of The Containers And The Material Contained In Them, Such As Changing The Containers And Destroying The Material, Is Carried Out Appropriately, In A Way That Meets The Criteria Set Out In The Legislation And Other Instructions Given By The Authorities. The Minimum Requirements For The Service To Be Procured Are Described In More Detail In This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. Based On The Tender, One (1) Supplier Will Be Selected, With Whom The Prosecutors Office Will Enter Into An Agreement For The Production Of The Service Described In The Tender Request. The Actual Procurement Contract Period Is Valid Until May 31, 2028. In Addition, The Acquisition Includes The Possibility Of Two (2) Separate 12-Month Option Periods. The Prosecutors Office Decides On The Use Of Option Periods. The Procured Service Is Procured Based On The Actual Need Of The Offices Of The Prosecutors Office. If The Need For Collection Tanks Or Emptying Times Changes, The Unit Prices Will Remain The Same. The Prosecutors Office Does Not Undertake To Purchase Services For Any Specific Minimum Amount.
