The Project Plan For The New Akaan Toijala Daycare Center Has Been Approved And The Contract Bidding Has Started. The Project Is About To Start In The Summer Of 2026. At This Stage Of The Procurement, It Is Necessary To Attach A Construction Work Supervisor And Safety Coordinator, Building Technology Supervisors And A Moisture And Cleanliness Management Coordinator To The Project. In Addition To This, A Maintenance Book Coordinator And A Yard And Playground Equipment Safety Inspector Are Appointed. The Tasks Of The Supervisors Are Defined In Rt 103171 Task List For Site Supervision Of Building Construction Works And Rt 103172 Task List For Site Supervision Of Building Engineering Works. By Default, The New Daycare Center Will Be Implemented As A Spatial Element Implementation, Where Part Of The Construction Work Will Be Carried Out At The Building Factory. The Supervision Is Also Extended To The Agreed Extent To The Building Factory. The Parts Of The Procurement Are 1. Building Site Supervisor And Safety Coordinator2. Construction Site Supervision Lvia3. Building Engineering Site Supervision Electricity4. Moisture And Cleanliness Management Coordinator5. Maintenance Book Coordinator6. Yard And Playground Equipment Safety Inspector The Daycare Center Being Purchased Will Be Built With Leasing Financing. The Supervisors Work Performance Invoices Are Invoiced From The Leasing Financier In Accordance With Separate Instructions. A Table Of Payment Installments Is Drawn Up For The Supervision Work, Which May Contain No More Than 22 Payment Installments. Before Concluding The Procurement Contract, The Supervisor Must Submit A Preliminary Individualized Supervision Program. The Final Individualized Control Program Must Be Submitted No Later Than 2 Weeks After The First Planning Meeting Held With The Kvr Contractor. The Acquisition Is Conditional On The Construction Decision Made By The Akaa City Council Gaining Legal Force. The Customer Reserves The Right To Leave One Or More Parts Of The Procurement Unacquired For A Justified Reason. If The Start Of The Kvr Contract Is Delayed For More Than 4 Months Due To A Municipal Complaint, Rectification Claim Or Market Right Complaint, Or If The Procurement Is Otherwise Interrupted, This Procurement Can Be Suspended Or Negotiations Can Be Held To Postpone The Start Of The Procurement. If The Start Is Postponed By A Maximum Of 4 Months, The Purchase Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Offer. If The Procurement Is Postponed For More Than 4 Months And The Provider Is Willing To Provide The Service, The Price For The Service Must Remain Unchanged And No Increases Will Be Accepted. The Attached Materials Of The Kvr Contract Tender Request Can Be Downloaded Via The Link At The End Of The Tender Request, From Which The More Detailed Content Of The Object To Be Built Becomes Clear. This From The Tender Requests Attachments Is The Control Program Directly Connected To The Tender Request, As Well As The Contract Draft, And From The Kvr Contract Documents The Project Plan, Contract Program, Developers Safety Document And Data Model Instructions.
