Reconstruction Of The Existing Road From Kpp-South And Parking Lot Of Va In Bp 1004/Road - Kpp-South The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Execution Of Civil Engineering / Construction And Assembly Works. Within The Framework Of The Public Procurement, It Is Foreseen: Implementation Of Smr /Construction And Repair Works/ For The Above-Mentioned Object In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Zut, The Approved Investment Project, Technical Specifications And Quantitative Accounts, As Well As With The Rules For The Implementation Of Construction And Repair Works And The Measures To Protect The Life And Health Of People On The Construction Site. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Necessary Building Products, Materials, Equipment, Etc., In Accordance With The Basic Requirements For Construction, As Well As Compliance With The Technological Requirements For Their Investment. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Their Placement In The Site. Preparation Of All The Necessary Construction Documentation, According To The Requirements Of The Zut, As Well As Other Documentation Required By Laws And Regulatory Documents And Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Elimination Of Defects, In Case They Are Found During The Delivery Of The Object. Warranty Maintenance Of The Object And Removal Of Defects Within The Warranty Periods. All Other Activities Assigned To The Contractor Under The Terms Of This Contract, As Well As All Other Activities That Are Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement And The Guarantee Maintenance Of The Completed Construction, Unless The Contract Or Bulgarian Legislation Expressly Assigns Them To The Contractor Or A Third Party
