Subject Of The Public Procurement: Rehabilitation And/Or Reconstruction Of A Section Of 23-Th September Street In The Village Of Brenitsa, Knezha Municipality With The Scope From Stefan Kratunski Street To Vasil Aprilov Street (According To The Zoning Plan Of The Village Of Brenitsa, Approved By Order 1080 Of 08/04/1987 Of The National Administrative Court - Vratsa - The Street Appears As 26). Scope And Description Of The Public Procurement In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, Contractors For Construction And Installation Works For The Reconstruction Of A Street In The Village Of Brenitsa Should Be Determined. The Scope Of The Subject Envisages The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works On The Reconstruction Of 23-Th September Street In The Village Of Brenitsa, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Assembly Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Labor Force And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills; • Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut. The Warranty Periods Start From The Day The Construction Site Is Put Into Operation. An Investment Project Was Prepared, Agreed And Approved For The Site And A Building Permit Was Issued To The Chief Architect Of The Municipality Of Knezha, According To Which The Construction Is Of The Fourth Category. ​​​​​​​​​​​​The Area Subject To Asphalting, Incl. Direct Route And Discharges Is 3,231 Sq.M.
