The Subject Of This Order Includes The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of The Smr, The Performance Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator For The Construction Stage According To Art. 5, Para. 3 Of Ordinance No. 2/2004 On Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction Works And Preparation Of A Final Report According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, For Issuing A Permit For Use, Including A Technical Passport Of The Construction, According To Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Construction. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation. The Project Covers A Section Without Built-Up Sewage Along Part Of Simeon Veliki Street And Part Of Chernogor Street In The Town Of Troyan. The Channel Is Planned To Pass Through Streets With The Following Identifiers On The Cadastral Map Of Troyan: 73198.503.538, 73198.503.540, 73198.503.536, 73198.503.481 And 73198.512.21. The Project Aims To Provide A Solution For The Completion Of The Internal Street Sewerage Network And The Drainage Of The Street Lane Along The Above-Mentioned Streets, With A Total Length Of 725 Meters. The Activities Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor For The Entire Construction Period Of The Site, Including The Time Until The Date Of Issuance Of The Use Permit. Construction Is The Third Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 3 Of Zut. The Contractor Will Exercise The Functions Of The Sites Safety And Health Coordinator In The Period From The Certification Of The Order Book To The Signing Of The Constitutive Act No. 15 (No Comments). The Full Scope And Comprehensive Listing Of The Activities To Be Performed By The Contractor Are Specified In The Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Public Procurement Documentation.
