With This Public Procurement, The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For The Construction Of A Sewerage Network Along Part Of Simeon Veliki Street, Troyan, Is Assigned - Implementation Of Construction, Preparation Of Accompanying Documentation And All Necessary Activities Until The Final Acceptance Of The Construction Site By The Contracting Authority In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 31.07.2003 For The Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction And Commissioning. The Project Covers A Section Without Built-Up Sewage Along Part Of Simeon Veliki Street And Part Of Chernogor Street In The Town Of Troyan. The Canal Is Planned To Pass Through Streets With The Following Identifiers: 73198.503.538, 73198.503.540, 73198.503.536, 73198.503.481 And 73198.512.21 According To The Cadastral Map Of Troyan. The Street Is Recorded As Properties With Identifiers 73198.503.481 And 73198.512.21 On The Cadastral Map Of The City Of Troyan. It Is Necessary To Take Measures To Connect Properties That Currently Do Not Have Access To The Existing One To The City Sewer System. The Project Aims To Provide A Solution For The Completion Of The Internal Street Sewerage Network And The Drainage Of The Street Lane Along The Above-Mentioned Streets. The Project Envisages The Construction Of A Sewage Network Along The Axis Of Sections Of Simeon Veliki And Chernohor Streets, According To The Regulation Plan, With A Total Length Of 725 Meters. The Scope Of Work Includes As A Minimum, But Is Not Limited To, The Following Duties Of The Contractor Under This Public Procurement: Construction Site Preparation; Supply Of Raw Materials, Provision Of Mechanization, Labor Force And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction; Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Approved Project And Specifications; Commissioning, Preparation And Delivery Of Complete Executive Documentation Of The Site; Removal Of Defects During The Warranty Periods In Accordance With The Regulations; Fulfillment Of The Administrative Requirements For The Contractors Activities According To The Applicable Regulations, This Specification And The Contract For The Implementation Of The Smr. The Contractor Should Carry Out The Construction And Assembly Works According To The Prepared Technical Design And Specifications, As Well As Based On The Construction Permit And The Orders Given In Writing In The Sites Order Book. For The Implementation Of The Site: Construction Of A Sewage Network Along Part Of Simeon Veliki Street, Troyan An Investment Project Was Developed, In The Technical Phase, With The Following Parts - Water Supply, Geodesy, Temporary Organization And Traffic Safety (Vobd), Fire Safety (Pb), Safety And Health Plan (Shp) And Construction Waste Management Plan (Cwmp).
