In Economic Terms, It Is Expected To Receive Advantageous Offers Within Market Prices. This Public Tender Will Be Governed At All Times By The Provisions Of Law No. 19,886 On Bases On Administrative Contracts For The Supply And Provision Of Services, Its Regulations, These Administrative And Technical Bases And The Annexed Documents Of The Proposal, And By The Legal, Regulatory And Technical Standards In Force That Are Applicable To It At The Time Of Its Publication.
