Construction Work – Bk2 Spinneriet With P-Basement. Dhp Bygg Bk 2 As And Dhp Parkering As Are Wholly Owned Subsidiaries Of Drammen Helsepark As And Request, In Connection With Project Bk2 Spinneriet With The Parking Basement, For A Tender For A Turnkey Contract. Drammen Helsepark As Has Carried Out Detailed Regulation Of The Area South Of Brakerøya Train Station In Cooperation With Helse Sør Øst / Vestre Viken. The Detailed Plan Was Approved In September 2019 And Gives Helseparken The Possibility To Build 76,500 M2 Gross Over The Basement Of The Car Park. The Parking Basement Under Bk2 Is An Extension Of The Already Existing Parking Basement And It Will Include Technical Rooms, Lifts/Stairs Up To Bk2 As Well As Parking Places For Visitors To Bk2. A Contract Has Been Signed With An Architect And Architect Outdoors, For The Detailed Engineering Design Services For Bk2. Nordic Office Of Architecture And Sla Norway As Will Be Transported To The Turnkey Contractor. The Builder Has Submitted An Application For Framework Permission. It Is Expected To Be Received In May/June 2026 And Will Be Sent In. All Further Applications Must Be Taken Care Of By Te. Dark Architects With The Søk Function Are The Builder ́S/Dhp ́S Consultant Throughout Drammen Helsepark. Dhp Has Chosen To Use Ns 8407 General Contract Terms For Turnkey Contracts As The Contract Form.
