The Manufacturer Of The Offered Products Must Have A Valid Quality Management System Operating In Accordance With Iso 9001 Or An Equivalent Standard Operating At The Manufacturer Or A Quality Management System According To An Equivalent Standard. The Manufacturer Of The Offered Product Or The Tenderer Or Subcontractor Must Have An Environmental Management System According To Iso 14001 Or An Equivalent Standard. The Bidder Must Attach The Quality Management System Operating At The Manufacturer Of The Given Product, Operated According To The Valid Iso 9001 Standard, Which Also Applies To Production, Or The Application Of The Quality Management Or Environmental Management System According To The Iso 14001 Or Equivalent Standard Operating At The Manufacturer Of The Product Or At The Bidder Or Its Subcontractor, Or A Simple Certificate Certifying The Operation Of A Quality Management Or Environmental Management System Certified By An Accredited Or Certifying Organization In Any National System Copy, Or Other Evidence Of The Application Of The Quality Management Or Environmental Management System (E.G. A Screenshot Of The Valid Iso 9001 And Iso 14001 Certificates On The Manufacturers Website). In The Absence Of This, An Inspection Report From An Accredited Testing Institution No Older Than One Year Must Be Attached. If A Document In A Foreign Language Is Submitted, A Hungarian Translation Must Also Be Attached To The Offer. The Tenderer Undertakes To Issue An Order Equal To 90% Of The Framework Quantity Recorded In The Framework Contract. In His Offer, The Offeror Must State, In A Duly Signed Form, That: • The Delivery Deadline, Which Cannot Be More Than 240 Calendar Days; • Undertakes The Performance In The Schedule Requested By The Bidder And In The Quantity According To The Orders; • Undertakes To Enter Into And Fulfill The Contract In Return For The Compensation Specified In The Offer; • Fully Acknowledges And Accepts The Conditions Contained In The Call For Tenders, The Public Procurement Guide And All Its Annexes, The Draft Contract, And Any Clarifications And Additions Made By The Tenderer, As Well As Additional Information; • If Necessary For The Product And Provided By The Products Manufacturer, The Accessories Required For Installation Will Be Handed Over Free Of Charge Upon Delivery Of The Product; • Complies With The Relevant Standards, As Well As Occupational Safety, Fire Protection, Environmental Protection And Other Official Regulations During Performance; • Provides The Products In The Specified Quality, And In Case Of Winning The Contract You
