Hoists – Acquisition Of A Large Motorized Object Holder For The Pixxl Line Of The Aglae Accelerator (Phase 1 Application). The Function Of The Motorized Object Holder Is To Hold And Move Large Heritage Objects In Height, Width And Depth In Front Of The Beam Of The Pixxl Line Of The Aglae Accelerator. The Objects To Be Positioned Are Of Two Types: Those Which Are Placed On A Horizontal Surface (E.G. Vases, Sculptures) And Those Which Are Held Vertically (E.G. Paintings, Stained Glass Windows). Maximum Dimensions Of Objects: 2 Meters High By 2 Meters Wide And 1 Meter Deep. The Maximum Weight Of Objects Is 80 Kg. The Implementation Of The Object Holder Illustrates Its Operating Principle And Its Particularities. It Carries Out The Following Operations: 1. Installation Of The Object On The Object Holder Where It Is Held In Complete Safety, 2. Horizontal, Vertical And Depth Pre-Positioning And Possibly Rotation Of The Object In Front Of The Accelerator. These Movements Bring The Area To Be Analyzed Under The Accelerator Beam And 3.Continuous Movement Of The Object Under The Beam To Map A Rectangular Area Defined By The User. During This Phase, The Object Travels A Meander-Shaped Trajectory (Raster Scanning), Chaining Horizontal Linear Movements (From Left To Right, Then From Right To Left) Combined With A Vertical Movement At The End Of The Line. The Object Holder Must Include A Horizontal Plate 2 Meters Wide And 1 Meter Deep On Which The Object Is Placed And A Vertical Support 2 Meters High By 2 Meters Wide On Which The Object Is Leaned. It Must Make It Possible To Manually Orient The Object Around A Vertical Axis (+/- 10°) So That Its Surface Is Perpendicular To The Beam. It Must Have Motorized Movement Tables Allowing Rapid Movements Of The Object (Several Cm/Second), Controlled Manually, To Pre-Position The Object. It Must Be Equipped With Three Motorized Movements To Enable Mapping To Be Carried Out. The Maximum Size Of The Object Holder Is 3 Meters In Width By 1 Meter In Depth, Height Of 3 M. In Order To Guarantee The Safety Of Objects, The Object Holder Must Make It Possible To Hold Vertical Objects In Complete Safety (Without Risk Of Falling) Without Exerting Excessive Pressure, To Indicate At Any Time Its Position (X, Y, Z) And Its State (Moving Or Stopped). In The Event Of An Anomaly And Risk For The Object (E.G. Unexpected Stop Under The Beam), It Must Raise An Alert, Stop Its Movements And Send A Hardware Signal Allowing A Beam Stopping System To Be Activated (E.G. Activate A Relay).
