Engineering Services – New Nursing School With Administration And Student Dormitory In Forchheim – Technical Equipment Services, System Groups 4, 5 And 6, In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai - Lph 2-9. Bfz Ggmbh Is Planning To Build A New Educational Location In Forchheim. The Project Includes: • The Conversion Of An Existing Hotel Building (Bamberger Straße 6A) And • A New Building On The Neighboring Property (Waisenhausstraße 6). Both Buildings Will Be Functionally Connected To Form A Coherent Educational Campus. The Aim Is To Create A Modern, Barrier-Free And Economically Viable Location In The Long Term To Secure The Regional Need For Skilled Workers In The Nursing Sector And To Implement Labor Market Policy And Integration-Related Training Measures. The Following Facilities Are Operated On Campus: • Vocational School For Nursing • Vocational School For Geriatric Care Assistance • Further Education And Training Center For Nursing Professions • Labor Market Policy Measures On Behalf Of Public Payers • Language And Integration Courses • Residence For Trainees (19 Places) The Number Of Participants Varies Depending On The Day Due To Different Course Formats And Durations Of Measures. Operations Are Primarily Daytime With No Regular Evening Or Night Events. The Use Results In The Following Requirements For Conversion And New Construction: • Classrooms And Seminar Rooms Of Different Sizes • Specialist Rooms For Nursing Training • Rooms For Language And Integration Courses • Administration, Advice And Meeting Areas • Lounge And Break Areas • Barrier-Free Access To All Areas Of Use • Dormitory Areas With Single Rooms And Common Areas • Outdoor Facilities With Access, Bicycle Parking Spaces And Lounge Areas This Is A Long-Term Educational Operation With Predominantly Publicly Refinanced Measures. The Use Is User-Specific And Requires A High Level Of Functional Flexibility, Economical Operational Reliability And Long-Term Planning Security. Approximately 3,000 M² Ngf Are Planned For The New Building And Approximately 1,000 M² Ngf Are Planned For The Renovation. The Milestones For Implementing The Project Include: - Start Of Work: July 2026 - Start Of Construction: July 2027 - Completion: September 2028 The Total Costs Of The Project (Kg 200-700) Are Estimated At €9.63 Million Gross And Are Divided Into The Following Breakdown Kg: - Kg 200 170,000 € - Kg 300 5,000,000 € - Kg 400 1,500,000 € - Kg 500 230,000 € It Is Intended To Commission The Following Services With This Tender: Technical Equipment Services, System Groups 4, 5 And 6, In Accordance With §§ 53 Ff. Hoai The Services Will Be Commissioned Gradually. First, In The 1St Commissioning Stage, The Service Phases 2+3 Are Commissioned In Accordance With Hoai. The Performance Phases 4-9 Are Accessed Gradually. There Is No Legal Right To An Overall Assignment.
