Banking Services – Handling Cashless Payments In The National Tax Administration Units And The E-Tax Office System. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Scope Of: 1.1 Operation And Lease Of Payment Terminals And Services In The Scope Of Handling And Settlement Of Transactions Paid For With Payment Instruments Using Terminals; 1.2 Handling Non-Cash Payments Using Payment Cards, Their Authorization And The Service Of Processing And Settling Transactions Within The E-Tax Office System. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Terms Of Service Provision Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) And Annexes To The Ppu. 3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right (Hereinafter Referred To As The Option) Specified In § 1 Section 5 Ppu. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part. If The Option Is Not Used, The Ordering Party Shall Not Be Liable To The Contractor In Connection With The Failure To Exercise The Option. The Implementation Of The Option Will Be Initiated By The Ordering Party If It Has A Justified Need To Carry Out Activities Falling Within The Scope Of The Option. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Contract Under The Options On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Ppu.
