The Purpose Of The Contract Is To: - Carry Out Design Studies And Associated Plans For The Reducers Based On The Technical Specifications Given - Draw Up A Quality Assurance Plan - Manufacture / Test In The Factory / Deliver To An Integrator / Attend Empty Workshop Tests / Attend Tests On Site Under Load, Of The Reducers Of The 3 New Evcrd Operating Devices - Supply And Equip With Factory Accessories And Sensors - Provide A Batch Of Spare Parts And Consumables - Provide Up-To-Date Plans Such As Constructed, Reports, Accounts, Administrative And Technical Documents (Paq) Of Manufacturing And Testing In An End-Of-Business File - Provide A Guarantee And Ensure Its Continuity Between The Different Test Phases These Reducers Are Designed And Manufactured To Be Equipped On Maneuvering Skids Themselves Intended To Control The Safety Organs Of A Hydroelectric Dam, In 2 Phases: During The 1St Phase Of The Project Between May 2026 And November 2027: Replacement Of The Safety Organs Maneuvers On The Right Bank Flood Spillway Valve N°3 (Evcrd3) Supply The Reducer For The Firm Section (Between July 2026 And March 2027): -Studies, Plans And Paq - Factory Manufacturing - Factory Tests - Delivery To An Integrator - Participation In Empty Tests In The Integrator Workshop: Reducer Integrated On Maneuvering Skid - Participation In Load Tests On Site: Reducer Integrated On Maneuvering Skid Integrated On Evcrd3 - Study File, Paq, Plans Updated As Built - 24-Month Guarantee 2Nd Phase Of The Project Between November 2027 And July 2028 On Evcrd2 And Evcrd1 Simultaneously Supply The Two Reducers Of The Optional Phase (Between November 2027 And February 2029): - Integrate The Rex Of Phase 1 - Update Studies, Plans And Paq - Factory Manufacturing - Factory Tests - Delivery To An Integrator - Participation In No-Load Tests In The Integrator Workshop: Integrated Gearbox On Operating Skid - Participation In On-Site Load Tests: Integrated Gearbox On Integrated Operating Skids On Evcrd2 And 1 - Study File, Paq, Plans Updated As Built - 24 Month Warranty
