Video Conferencing Equipment – Media Technology Framework Agreement. The Subject Of The Award Is A Group-Wide Framework Agreement With A Single Service Provider For The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Media Technology And Conference Technology For Deutsche Bahn Ag And Its Affiliated Companies. A Main Customer Will Be Db Systel Gmbh. The Systems To Be Purchased Are Media Technology Components Of Different Device Classes, Including Large Screens With And Without Touch, Their Attachments, Digital Door Signs, Signage Players, Projectors, Screens, Video Conference Systems From The Manufacturer Cisco Systems And Their Accessories, Video Conference Systems Compatible With Ms Teams Room, Audio And Video Networking, Extenders And Controls, Video Bars (Including Audio), Microphones, Speakers, Digital Signal Processors, And Much More. For Details See Tender Documents. Furniture, Such As Conference Tables, Is Not Part Of The Contract. Media Steles Are An Exception. The Term Of The Contract Is 8 Years, Whereby The Client Is Entitled To Terminate The Framework Agreement Annually On The Last Day Of A Contract Year, With A Notice Period Of 3 Months, At The Earliest After 4 Years Of Term, By Unilateral Declaration And Without Giving Reasons. In Accordance With Section 1.5 Transition Phase At The Start And End Of The Framework Agreement Of Appendix 1 Of The Service Description, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement Two Connections Within Six Months Of The Start Of The Contract, On The One Hand Service Provider Order Processing (Spop) As Specified By Db Systel In Accordance With Appendix 6 To The Framework Agreement, Sap Business Network And On The Other Hand Sap Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (Scc) In Accordance With Appendix 7 For The Entire Group, Thereby Generating Orders And Other Related Data Can Be Handled. Through This Framework Agreement, The Media And Conference Technology Systems In Conference Rooms Are To Be Delivered, Installed, Networked And Put Into Operation In Deutsche Bahn Ag Buildings Throughout Germany. This Applies To Both New Equipment And Extensions To Existing Technical Equipment. Pure Delivery Services Should Also Be Ordered Via Scc, Among Others. The Award Consists Of A Single Lot. The Deliveries And Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Are Described In The Additional Procurement Documents. Participants Are Expected To Have Read Annex 1, Description Of Hardware And Service Media Technology, In Detail Before Sending Their Applications For Participation And To Consider Themselves To Be Fully Suitable For Providing The Services In Accordance With Chapter 5 Delivery And Service Logistics, Chapter 6 Business Transactions, Chapter 7 Quality, Chapter 8 Order Interface Db Systel, Chapter 9 Invoice-Accompanying Documents And Chapter 10 Project Services.
