Hospital Facilities Construction Work – Contract 2421 Carpenter 1 - Nye Aker. Nye Aker Hospital Consists Of Several Building Complexes, Which Are Further Divided Into Multiple Buildings And Contracts. This Contract Applies To The Somatic Building, Which Is Located Centrally On The Aker Site. The Somatic Building Has A Total Area Of Approximately 130,000 M² And Is Divided Into A Base Section And A High-Rise Section. 2421 Carpentry Works 1 Consists Of The Following Main Deliverables. The List Is Not Exhaustive. A Complete Overview Of The Deliverables Is Described In Appendix C2 – Technical Description. Walls: Interior Furring Of Exterior Walls, Internal Walls, Skirts Fixed Gypsum Ceilings Waterproofing Membrane On Walls And Floor Slabs Casings And Trim: For Windows And Doors Backing Battens Various Auxiliary Works Installation Of Doors And Windows Lightweight Floor Structures/Beam Ceilings Any Adjacent Works That The Client Requires For Progress-Related Reasons. For Example (But Not Limited To) Floor Treatment, Dust Binding In Smaller Scope, Auxiliary Works For Other Technical Disciplines, Etc.
