The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Provide In-Depth Maintenance, Tuning, Repairs, Routine Maintenance And Technical Visits For Ordinary Pianos In Conservatories Located In The Grand Paris Seine Ouest Region. This Contract Is Awarded In The Form Of An Open Tender Procedure. The Contract Is Not Awarded Within The Meaning Of Articles L.2113-10, L.2113-11, R.2113-2 And R.2113-3 Of The Public Procurement Code, Because The Object Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services. The Contract Is A Framework Service Agreement, Single-Award, With Purchase Orders Processed On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Listed In The Price List, With No Minimum Annual Amount But With A Maximum Annual Amount Of 80,000 Euros Excluding Tax. The Market Is Not A Slice Market. The Contract Will Take Effect From Its Notification Date If This Is Later For A Period Of One (1) Year, Renewable Three (3) Times By Tacit Renewal, I.E. A Maximum Duration Of Four (4) Years.
