Occupational Clothing, Special Workwear And Accessories – Request For Participation / Vr-Yhtymä Oyj: Logistics Protective Clothing. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Protective Clothing Of The Entire Staff Of The Logistics Business Of Vr-Yhtymä Oyj (Hereafter Vr Or The Customer), Which Is Used In The Work Tasks Of Freight Transport. The Object Of The Procurement Does Not Include The So-Called Brand Clothes. The Procurement Contract Period Is Three (3) Years From 1 October 2027 To 30 September 2030, In Addition To Which Vr Can Extend The Contract For A Maximum Of Three (3) One (1) Year Option Periods. The Object Of Procurement Includes Protective Clothing And Their Washing And Logistics Services. The Customer Either Rents Or Acquires The Clothes To Own. In Both Operating Models, The Contract Covers Logistics And Management Services Related To Clothing. In Both Operating Models, The Selected Supplier Must Present A Credible Report On The Organization Of Clothing And Clothing Maintenance For The Entire Staff. The Customers Staff Works Outdoors, So The Clothes Chosen Must Be Suitable For Their Purpose And Easy To Maintain In An Industrial Laundry, Work Clothes In Accordance With Visibility Class En Iso 20471-2.
