Bedding Plants – Zelenatura - Arrangement And Furnishing Of A Terraced Garden. As Part Of The Zelenatura Project, Funded By The Interreg Slovenia-Croatia 2021-2027 Program, The City Of Kastav Is Renovating The Neglected And Unused Green Area Between The Old Core And The Elementary School And Turning It Into A Meeting Place For Citizens Of All Generations And A School Garden Where The Biodiversity Of The Program Area Will Be Interpreted. The Investment Is Defined Through The Main Project Of The Terraced Park Development From 2025. The Scope Of The Investment Includes Item No. 4359, 4360 And 4361, K.O. Kastav, Where There Are Neglected Terraced Areas Next To The Milan Brozović Elementary School Building. In The Southeastern Part Of The Complex There Is A Partially Landscaped Garden. The Cost List Includes Preparation Works, Earthworks, Concrete And Reinforced Concrete Works, Stone Cutting Works, Locksmith Works, Horticulture, Supply Of Seedlings And Equipment. Access To The Scope Is Difficult Due To The Characteristics Of The Surfaces Within The Scope, As Well As The Proximity Of The School, Which Is Why, When Planning The Works And Phases, It Is Necessary To Take Into Account The Need To Use Access Roads During The Execution Of The Works.
