The Aim Is To Purchase A Powerful Device For Analyzing Edta Plasma, Urine And Cerebrospinal Fluid In Order To Carry Out 1H-Nmr Measurements. The Subject Of The Procurement Is A Device And Automatic Sample Changer With Which The Signals Of The Hydrogen Nuclei (Protons) Can Be Recorded In High Resolution And Evaluated For The Quantitative And Qualitative Determination Of Metabolites (In Particular Amino Acids, Lipoproteins And Other Relevant Classes Of Molecules). The System To Be Procured Is Intended To Functionally And Capacitively Complement The Existing Research Infrastructure, Which Currently Includes Two Nmr Devices From Bruker. This Requires, In Particular, Ensuring Technical And Organizational Interfaces.
