Supply Of procurement of auto greasing unit for replacement in unimat-8283 machine , supply, installation and commissioning of grease pump station assembly for centralized greasin g system suitable for plasser make track machines, conforming to plasser part no. ud320.91 or lincoln (skf) p art no. 2500-00686-3 / 2500-00686-3sc or equivalent, complete in all respects. the assembly shall consist of t he following components (including all mandatory spares, accessories and fittings required for complete functi onality): 1. grease pump station assembly complete with: grease low level sensor, motor, reservoir and control unit, built-in filter 2. primary distributor complete with: function detector, necessary fittings and connectors, h oses with fittings 3. pressure gauge. 4. main line filter. 5. qc coupler 6. mounting plate. 7. electrical terminal box - complete with internal wiring and connections 8. refilling system: refilling line with filter and qc coupler arrangement 9. delivery hoses from primary distributor with fittings ? 6 nos. 10. all tubing, pipe fittings, conn ectors, fasteners and accessories required for complete installation and commissioning of the system. make: p lasser/skf (linkolin),machfox hydraulics and lubrication system only. ]
