Jääkenttäsäätiö Sr Is Responsible For The Maintenance And Management Of The Helsinki Ice Hall, Address Nordenskiöldinkatu 11–13, 00250 Helsinki. In Addition, The Foundation Owns The Entire Share Capital Of Helsingin Liikuntahallit Oy Together With The City Of Helsinki. Helsingin Liikuntahallit Oy Maintains The Following Ice Rinks In Helsinki: Herttoniemi Ice Rink, Kiviko Ice Rink, Paloheinä Ice Rink, Salmisaaari Ice Rink, Vuosaari Ice Rink And Kaarela Ice Rink. The Malmi Ice Rink Can Be Added To The Managed Facilities During The Contract Period, If The Malmi Ice Rink Resumes Operations. Regarding The Malmi Ice Rink, The Same Terms And Prices As The Other Ice Rinks Covered By This Procurement Will Be Observed. Hvac Work Includes E.G. Inspection, Cleaning, Maintenance And Repair Work Of Hvac Equipment. Electrical Work Includes E.G. Usual Inspection, Maintenance, Repair And Modification Work. The Maintenance Work For The Ice Rinks Refrigeration Equipment Is Not Included In This Procurement. The Procurement Includes The Establishment Of A Framework Arrangement. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two (2) Sub-Areas As Follows: Sub-Area 1) Hvac Work (Heating, Water And Ventilation Work) Sub-Area 2) Electrical Work The Procurement Decision Is Made By Sub-Area. Each Sub-Area Will Establish Its Own Framework Arrangement. In The Framework Arrangement, A Maximum Of Three (3) Bidders With The Best Ranking In The Comparison Of Bids Will Be Selected As Framework Contract Suppliers For Each Sub-Area. If There Are Fewer Than Three (3) Bidders, All Bidders Who Meet The Suitability And Minimum Requirements And Who Have Submitted A Bid In Accordance With The Request For Bids Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Provider Can Offer One (1) Or Both Areas. The Tenderer Can Be Selected For One (1) Or Both Sub-Areas. The Procurement Does Not Include A Quantity Purchase Obligation, And Does Not Give The Selected Framework Contract Suppliers Exclusive Rights To Perform The Work. Any Estimates Of The Need For Work Contained In The Tender Documents Are Based On The Situation At The Time Of Procurement Preparation And May Change During The Contract Period. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit Itself To The Estimates Of Procurement Quantities That May Be Presented In The Tender Documents. The Procurement Unit Orders Work According To Its Needs As Described In The Tender Documents.
