The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Conclude One (1) Agreement With One (1) Contractor For The Purchase, Implementation And Maintenance Of Audiovisual Resources That Comply With The Current State Of The Art, That Are Easy To Use And That Can Be Properly Integrated With The Other Relevant Information Systems Of The Municipality Of Edam-Volendam. Furthermore, All Specifications And Requirements And The Commitments Of The Tenderer Must Be Met. The Main Goal Of This Assignment Is The Renewal Of The Current Audiovisual Installation Into A Stable, Robust Audiovisual Installation, Whereby The Existing Functionalities Are Maintained And/Or Expanded. The Contractor Ensures That The Audiovisual Installation Functions Without Hitches; Or That The Municipal Council, The Registry Organization And Other Users Experience No Hindrance In The Performance Of Their Tasks When Using The Installation. Because The Location Of The Final Council Chamber Is Still Being Renovated And The Time Of Commissioning Is Expected At The End Of 2026, The Delivery And Installation Can Be Twofold. • Installation At Location Julianaweg 106, 1131 Dj Volendam (Amvo) After Awarding The Equipment From The Committee Room, Which Must Later Be Transferred To The Committee Room Of De Ark In Volendam. Due To Uncertainty About The Renovation Of De Ark, We Are Still Cautious About Installation. This Will Be Done In Consultation, After Award. • Installation At Location “De Ark” Val Van Urk 7, 1132 Bh Volendam After Completion Of The Renovation Of Both The Committee Room And The Council Chamber, Whereby Any Disassembly Must Of Course Also Take Place At The Location Julianaweg 106 (Amvo). The Assignment Essentially Concerns The Following Components: A. Delivery Of The New Audiovisual Information Platform For The Council Chamber Of The Edam-Volendam Town Hall. Consisting Of, Among Other Things: • Control Screens • Meeting Management System (Vms) • Microphone Installation • Automatic Camera Registration • Video Screens - Image Display • Sound Reproduction • Wireless Microphones • Hybrid Preparation • Presentation Options • Recording Facilities • Distribution Of Audiovisual Signals • Solution To Prevent Failure B. Providing A Live Link Between The Audiovisual Information Platform And The Ibabs Council Information System, Including The Webcasting Platform Of Company Webcast. C. The Removal And Disposal, In Consultation With The Client, Of Existing Equipment That Has No Value Or Function In The Future Installation. D. Turn-Key Installation And Implementation Of The Audiovisual Equipment And Systems For The Client, Including: • Project Management (Also For The Role On The Clients Side); • Management Of All Internal And External Parties Involved; • Workshops For The Detailed Development Of Use And Management; • Design And Furnishings; • Establishing Links; • User Training, Documentation And Aftercare, Including On-Site Support During The First Five (5) Council And Committee Meetings After Commissioning Of A Properly Functioning Completed Installation. E. Technical, Functional And Operational Management And Support For The Entire Audiovisual Installation (Including The Coordination And Management Of Internal Services And Third Party Suppliers, Which Are Necessary For The Correct Operation Of The Installation). F. On-Call On-Site Support At Council And Committee Meetings (Physical Presence) Prior To And During Client Meetings.
