The Flat Roof (Around 280 M²) Of A Single-Storey Part Of The Building In The North-East Of Baden Is To Be Completely Renovated. The Required Facade Scaffolding (105 M²) And The Fall Protection (20 M) Are Part Of The Service. The Warm Roof Is Designed As A Butterfly Roof Construction With Two Roof Surfaces That Converge Towards Each Other With An Inclination Of Approx. 2% Each. Both Roof Surfaces Lie On One Layer Of Rafters. These Are Provided With Board Formwork As A Supporting Layer. The New Flat Roof Windows Have An Electric Drive. Six Security Guards Will Be Arranged On The New Roof Area.
