The Service Location Must Be In Satisfactory Hygienic And Sanitary Conditions, With Clean Utensils, Uniformed Employees And Properly Trained In Handling Food., Supply Of Natural Juices, In 300 Ml Disposable Cups, Ready For Consumption, In A Variety Of Flavors (Such As Passion Fruit, Marcujina, Lemon, Acerola, Pineapple, Guava, Watermelon, Among Others), Depending On Seasonal Availability Of Fruits. Juices Must Be Produced From Fresh Natural Fruits, Without The Addition Of Dyes, Preservatives Or Artificial Flavorings, And Must Present A Flavor And Appearance Characteristic Of The Fruit Used. Drinks Must Be Served Cold, In Sanitized Cups And Properly Covered, Ensuring Quality, Food Safety And Good Presentation To The Consumer., Supply Of Ready-To-Drink Coffee, Served Hot, Of Good Quality, Prepared With Roasted And Ground Coffee Powder, Filtered Water And Sugar To Taste (Or Sweetener, When Requested). The Coffee Must Be Fresh, Prepared On The Same Day Of Supply, Observing Good Handling And Hygiene Practices In Accordance With Rdc Anvisa No. 216/2004 And Other Current Health Legislation. The Supplier Must Guarantee The Quality Of Products, Regular Supply And Service Within The Hours Established By The Contracting Party, Maintaining The Service Area In Adequate Cleanliness And Organization.
