Chemical Products – Purchase Of Liquid Oxygen (Lox) And Tank Hire. Køge Afløb Wants To Enter Into An Agreement On The Supply Of Liquid Oxygen To Køge Egnens Treatment Plant. In Addition To The Supply Of Lox, The Winning Tenderer (Hereinafter The Supplier) Must Also Lease A Complete Facility For The Storage Of Lox And The Supply Of Oxygen In Gas Form At The Connection Point. The Supplier Is Responsible For Continuously Monitoring The Level Of Lox, As The Supplier Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Level In The Tank Is Always Sufficient To Support The Operation Of Ker. Requirements Specification For Lox, The Suppliers Services And Interfaces Are Described In More Detail In Appendix 2. After The End Of The Standstill Period, The Contract Is Concluded. By 1 September 2026 At The Latest, The Supplier Must Have Set Up And Connected The Lox Facility So That Oxygen Can Be Supplied To The Treatment Plant. Køge Afløb Informs With At Least 1 Months Notice When The Supplier Must Initiate The Delivery Of Oxygen. The Contract Is Entered Into Without A Predetermined Termination Date. In The First Five Years After The Effective Date, The Supplier Cannot Terminate The Contract (The Non-Cancellation Period). After The Non-Cancellation Period, The Supplier (And Køge Drainage) Can Terminate The Contract With 6 Months Notice. Bidders Can Only Give A Price For The Total Delivery. An Agreement Will Only Be Entered Into With One Tenderer.
