Insurance Brokerage And Agency Services – Insurance Brokers Nordostlink & Multihub. As Part Of The Network Expansion In The Onshore Area, The Client Intends To Award Insurance Brokerage Services For The Tennet Projects/Sections Of The Nordostlink And Multihubs. Information About The Project: The German Federal Government Has Set Itself Ambitious Goals: Renewable Energies Should Cover Up To 80% Of Germanys Electricity Needs By 2030. Offshore Wind Power Plays A Particularly Important Role - By 2045, The Installed Capacity Of Offshore Wind Farms In The North Sea Is To Be Expanded From The Current Approximately 9 Gigawatts To 70 Gigawatts. In Schleswig-Holstein, More Renewable Energy Is Already Being Generated At Sea And On Land Than Can Be Consumed. The More Wind Turbines Turn On The Coast Every Day, The More Energy Has To Be Transported Via The Power Grid. In The Future, The Nordostlink Will Bring Wind Energy From The West Coast Directly To The Region And Make It Usable Where It Is Generated. The Nordostlink Is A High-Voltage Direct Current Transmission Line That Connects The Heidehub In The Dithmarschen District With The Mühlenbeck Grid Connection Point Near Schwerin Over Approximately 200 Km. The Project Consists Of Several Direct Current Connections: The Onshore Lines Dc31 And Dc32 As Well As Up To Five Offshore Lines (Lanwin6, Lanwin7, Nor-X-3, Nor-X-6, Nor-X-9), Which Bring Electricity From The Offshore Wind Farms To Land. All Cables Are Bundled And Laid In A Trunk Route - Depending On The Section, With Two To Six Parallel Dc Connections. In Accordance With Legal Requirements, The Line Is Planned As A 525 Kilovolt Underground Cable. Construction Is Scheduled To Begin In 2028. Commissioning Is Expected To Take Place In 2032. The Two Transmission System Operators Tennet Germany And 50Hertz Are Implementing The Project Together In Five Planning Phases. Tennet Germany Is Responsible For Sections Sh1, Sh2 And Sh3. 50Hertz Is Responsible For Sections Shmv4 And Mv5 (Not In The Scope Of This Tender). So That The Electricity Transported By The Nordostlink Can Be Used Flexibly, Tennet Germany Is Also Building Two Of The First Multi-Terminal Hubs Along The Nordostlink: The Heidehub And The Nordhub. The Multi-Terminal Hub Nordwesthub Is Also In The Scope Of This Tender. These Electricity Hubs, Which Are Unique In Europe, Link The Offshore Grid Connection Systems At Sea With The Large Direct Current Connections On Land. At The Same Time, They Ensure That The Electricity Can Be Used Directly On Site By Converting It Into Alternating Current And Fed Into The Regional Distribution Network. For More Information About Nordostlink: Nordostlink | Tennet For More Information About Multihubs: Multiterminal Hubs Insurance Broker Services: The Projects Mentioned “Nordostlink” & “Multihubs” Require Contractually Agreed Coverage Of All Risks In The Project Phase Via So-Called Construction All Risk (Car) Insurance. At The Same Time It Must Be Ensured
