Intention To Award Services: Passau State Building Authority Bima Bpol Deg Kasern Geb 2A-H,K Brandsch 2026_G0_Planung Inst Baul Fire Protection As Part Of The “Repair Of Structural Fire Protection” Measure, The Structural Adaptation And Repair Of Buildings 2A To 2H And K Are To Be Carried Out At The Federal Polices Deggendorf Location In Order To Ensure Compliance With Building Regulations. The Measure Covers All Service Phases Of The Hoai. The Measure Is Based On The Existing Fire Protection Certificates And The Associated Test Certificates From The Appointed Test Experts. The Aim Of The Measure Is The Complete Implementation Of The Fire Protection Requirements Set Out In The Test Certificates As Well As The Complete Documentation Of The Measures Carried Out. Once The Work Has Been Completed, The Compliance Of The Measures Carried Out With The Test Certificates Must Be Demonstrated And Certified By The Responsible Test Experts. In Total, Around 43,000 M² Of Usable Space (Nuf) Needs To Be Processed. The Upper Cost Limit (Kog) For The Measure Is €13.179 Million. The Planning Must Be Carried Out By Expert And Relevantly Experienced Specialist Planners For Structural Fire Protection. They Must Have Proven Experience In The Holistic Planning And Implementation Of Fire Protection Concepts For Buildings In Building Class 5 With Special Construction Requirements. The Planning And Execution Services Include In Particular: • Examination And Complete Adoption Of The Requirements From The Existing Fire Protection Certificates And Test Certificates; If Necessary, Development Of Additional Evidence, • Preparation Of The Implementation And Detailed Planning Including Evidence For The Formation Of Fire Compartments, Fire Resistance Of Components, Partitions (Bulkheads), Escape And Rescue Route-Related Measures And, If Necessary, Necessary Evidence For Technical Systems (Fire Detection, Smoke Extraction, Extinguishing Technology), • Creation Of An Extinguishing Water Pipe Including Setting Up A New, Hydraulically Suitable Hydrant At The Site To Ensure The Necessary Extinguishing Water Supply; This Includes Hydraulic Evidence, Coordination With The Water Supplier And The Fire Department, Necessary Connection Permits As Well As Carrying Out Pressure And Flow Tests, • Coordination With The Responsible Building Supervisory Authority, The Fire Department And The Testing Experts As Well As Coordination With The User (Federal Police), • Preparation Of All Necessary Documents For Acceptance (Work And Inventory Plans, Changed Fire Protection Certificates, Test And Acceptance Protocols, Lists Of Defects) And Participation In Acceptance By The Testing Experts, • Ensuring That The Execution Complies With The Relevant Building Regulations And Technical Rules.
