Task No. 1 - Flood Protection Service To Be Performed On Watercourses Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Tychy And The Maintenance Of Ponds Located In Parks In Tychy In 2026. The Subject Of The Order In The Scope Of Task No. 1 Includes: 1. Maintenance And Care Of Watercourse Beds, Ditches And Ponds, 2. Maintaining The Patency Of Watercourses And Ditches Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Tychy,3. Renovation And Renovation Works Of Streambeds, Ditches And Ponds,4. Keeping Clean And Tidy As Well As Maintaining And Caring For Aquatic Plants In Ponds Located In St. Park. Francis Of Assisi,5. Acting As The Investors Supervision Inspector For The Maintenance Of Water Facilities (Ponds) And All Technical Devices On The Ponds Covered By The Service. The Detailed Scope Of Work And Description Of The Work To Be Performed Are Included In The List Of Works (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works (Appendix No. 1B To The Swz). The Ordering Party Stipulates That Each Time Before The Contractor Starts To Perform The Service, The Work Selection Report Will Specify Its Substantive Scope, Specifying The Deadline For Their Completion. Start. Deadline For The First Mowing Service, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer. The Date And Scope Of Completion Of Renovation And Renovation Works Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Impose The Order Of Objects On Which The Works Will Be Performed. The Service Will Cover The Following Watercourses: A) Paprocański Potok, A Tributary From Przegon - Branch A And B, Potok Wilkowyjski, Potok Browarniany, Potok Nowotyski, Potok Tyski, Potok Mąkołowiec And Gostynka;B) Rowy: In Industrial Areas, The So-Called Outlets W1, W2, W3, In The Area Of The W Estate And The Districts: Cielmice, Działów, Dobrzegłowowiec, Jaroszowice, Wygorzele And Urbanowice With The Names: Cm1, Cm2, Rm1, Rm1-1, Rm1-2, Rm2, R1, R-5, R-6, R1-1, R1-3, R1a, R1a-3, Tr1, Tr3, Tr3-1, Tr4, Beskidzki 1 And 2 At
