Procurement Description The Alva Companies Are Launching A Tender To Select An Azure Cloud Service Partner. The Goal Is To Find A Partner With Strong Expertise And Agility In The Maintenance And Development Of The Azure Environment And The Ability To Support Alvas Strategic Cloud Transition. The Partner Is Expected To Have Concrete Experience In Managing The Azure Environment, Ensuring Data Security And Cost-Effective Development Of Cloud Services. In Addition, The Partner Must Actively Promote The Growth Of Alvas Business By Utilizing Modern Cloud Solutions And Enable Scalable And Flexible Services That Meet The Requirements Of Changing Business Needs. Alva Companies Have Significant Azure Service Capacity In Use And The Goal Is To Grow Cloud-Based Solutions. Azure Is Used E.G. For Infrastructure Services, Information Security Functions, Analytics, Integrations And Application Platforms. Cost Monitoring And Capacity Optimization Are Central Priorities. Partnership: The Customer And The Supplier Selected For Procurement Work As Partners And Strive To Develop Operations By Removing Obstacles, Trying New Operating Models And Sharing The Risks And Benefits Of Development Activities. The Goal Of The Partnership Is To Ensure Long-Term, Cost-Effective, Safe And Financially Low-Risk Operation For The Parties To The Agreement. Partnership Thinking Aims For A Flexible Operating Model, Where Challenges Arising From Circumstances Or A 3Rd Party Can Be Responded To Quickly, Utilizing The Expertise And Resources Of Both Partners. Within The Procurement, The Aim Is To Have An Open Discussion And Take Into Account Matters Within The Parties Influence, E.G. The Scheduling Of The Work And The Method Of Implementation. A Prerequisite For A Long-Term Partnership Is A Commitment To Continuous Improvement And Operational Development, Taking Into Account The Needs Of The Parties And Stakeholders. Contract Value: The Initial Contract Period Is 1.11.2026-31.10.2028 And The Option Periods Are 2 Years. The Preliminary Schedule For The Procurement Is As Follows: - Information Request 24.3.2026 And Market Dialogue Weekly. 16/2026- Procurement Notice And Request For Participation Will Be Published Q2/2026 - Sending Of Preliminary Request For Tender Q2/2026- Negotiations Q3/2026- Sending Of Final Request For Tender Q3/2026- Procurement Decision Q4/2026- Contract Period Starts On 1.11.2026->Initial Suitability Requirements Of The Supplier:- Candidates Financial The Situation Must Be Such That Suomen Asiakastieto Oys Rating In Alfa Credit Rating Or Bisnode Oys Credit Rating Is At Least A, Or It Is Considered To Be Equivalent Based On Financial Statement Data- Turnover Requirement: The Suppliers Turnover From The Previous Year Min. 2.0 Meur. As Proof That The Turnover Requirement Is Met, The Financial Statements Of The Last Approved Financial Period Must Be Attached To The Participation Request. Preliminary Reference Requirements: Reference Requirement 1: The Candidate Must Have Experience And Know-How In Similar Ict Service Deliveries As A Supplier With At Least Three (3) References From The Last 3 Years. The Reference Must Have At Least A Similar Environment To That Described In The Procurement Description, Which Are Covered By The Service Contract. Contracts That Have Been Valid For At Least 12 Months Between January 1, 2023 And The Last Date Of Submission Of The Application For Participation Are Accepted For Reference Deliveries. At Least One (1) Of The Required Three (3) References Must Be A Customer Operating In A Supply Security-Critical Industry Or A Similar Customer Whose It Environment Requires A High Level Of Information Security And Usability. If The Reference Customer Does Not Operate In A Security-Of-Service-Critical Field, It Must Be Described Comprehensively Why The Reference Customer Corresponds To A Security-Of-Service-Critical Customer. The Requirement Is Based On The Procurement Units Own Operations In A Security-Critical Industry And The Requirement For The Candidates Ability To Proactively Develop Alvas Needs. Language Skills:- The Language Used In The Procurement Process Is Finnish. The Offer And Any Additional Explanations Must Be Prepared In Finnish. Any Negotiations Included In The Procurement Process Are Also Conducted In Finnish. - The Candidate Undertakes That The Persons Working For The Client Are Proficient In The Finnish Language. In Order To Ensure The Quality Of The Work, The Persons Working For The Customer Must Be Able To Communicate In Finnish.
