As Proof That The Turnover Requirement Is Met, The Financial Statements Of The Last Approved Financial Period Must Be Attached To The Participation Request. Preliminary Reference Requirements: Reference Requirement 1: The Candidate Must Have Experience And Know-How In Similar Ict Service Deliveries As A Supplier With At Least Three (3) References From The Last 3 Years. The Reference Must Have At Least A Similar Environment To That Described In The Procurement Description, Which Are Covered By The Service Contract. Contracts That Have Been Valid For At Least 12 Months Between January 1, 2023 And The Last Date Of Submission Of The Application For Participation Are Accepted For Reference Deliveries. At Least One (1) Of The Required Three (3) References Must Be A Customer Operating In A Supply Security-Critical Industry Or A Similar Customer Whose It Environment Requires A High Level Of Information Security And Usability. If The Reference Customer Does Not Operate In A Security-Of-Service-Critical Field, It Must Be Described Comprehensively Why The Reference Customer Corresponds To A Security-Of-Service-Critical Customer. The Requirement Is Based On The Procurement Units Own Operations In A Security-Critical Industry And The Requirement For The Candidates Ability To Proactively Develop Alvas Needs. Language Skills:- The Language Used In The Procurement Process Is Finnish. The Offer And Any Additional Explanations Must Be Prepared In Finnish. Any Negotiations Included In The Procurement Process Are Also Conducted In Finnish. - The Candidate Undertakes That The Persons Working For The Client Are Proficient In The Finnish Language. In Order To Ensure The Quality Of The Work, The Persons Working For The Customer Must Be Able To Communicate In Finnish.
