The Object Of Procurement Is The Medicines And Anesthetics According To The Basic Medicine Selection Of The Student Health Foundation, As Well As Any Other Products And Supplies Classified As Self-Medication. The Orderer Wishes That The Products According To The Purchase Are Ordered Through The Chosen Suppliers Electronic Ordering System Or Online Store, Thus The Chosen Supplier Must Have A Prior And Start Notification Of The Online Service Submitted To Fimea (Pharmaceuticals Act § 52 B). The Procurement Also Includes The Delivery Of The Products To The Locations Designated By The Customer. The Customers Personnel Do Not Pick Up The Medicines/Products Themselves From The Suppliers Place Of Business. The Package Currently Being Tendered Does Not Include Vaccines According To The National Vaccination Program. Based On The Procurement, One Supplier Is Selected To Provide The Service For The Contract Period. The Procurement Is Planned To Be Tendered During The Spring Of 2026. The Need For Medicines, Anesthetics And Self-Medication Varies Significantly In Different Localities, Due To The Number Of Students Covered By The Localitys Services. Yths Acquires Services As Needed. Yths Does Not Undertake To Buy Any Specific Quantity. The Procurement Has Not Been Divided Into Parts, But The Supplier Must Be Able To Offer Deliveries To All Locations Of The Customers Own Service Points. The Indivisibility Of The Procurement Is Based On Ensuring Uniform Service To All Of The Customers Service Points. According To The Customers Point Of View, Dividing The Procurement Into E.G. Parts By Locality Would Not Form Economically Reasonable Entities For The Supplier, Due To The Order Volumes Of Small Localities. The Goal Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Information In Particular On Whether It Is Possible To Carry Out The Procurement As Planned, Taking Into Account The Needs Of The Procurement Unit And The Requirements Coming Through Legislation.
