The Aim Of The Contract Is To Completely Reinstall Or Renew The Existing Fire Alarm Systems In Two Public School Buildings In The German-Speaking Community Of Belgium. These Are The César Franck Athenaeum School At Parkstraße 32, 4720 Kelmis And The Royal Athenaeum St. Vith School At Luxemburger Str. 4, 4780 St. Vith. These Are Primary And Secondary Schools. This Specification Describes The Technical Requirements, Standards And Services For The Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Maintenance Of New Fire Alarm Systems (Bma). All Work Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Belgian Standards (In Particular Nbn S21-100, En 54) As Well As Occupational Safety, Electrical And Fire Safety Regulations. The Work Must Be Coordinated In School Buildings In The German-Speaking Community So That School Operations Are Not Disrupted. (Preferably During School Holidays) Delivery Assembly, Commissioning And Maintenance Of The Entire Fire Alarm Systems And The Associated Components. For The Safe And Standard-Compliant Release Of The Fire And Smoke Protection Doors, The Integration Of The Hold-Open Systems (Magnetic Holders) Into The Fire Alarm System (Bma) Is Absolutely Necessary. The Hold-Open Systems Must Keep The Doors Open During Normal Operation And Automatically Close The Doors In The Event Of An Alarm Or Malfunction. Creation Of As-Built Plans, Functional Diagrams, Maintenance Documents And Training Documents As Well As Operating Instructions For The Fire Alarm Systems And Their Components.
