Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Appointment Of A Special Techniques Design Office And Peb Manager For A Complete Study And Execution Control Mission Relating To The Renovation And Redevelopment Of (1) Building A1j – Jesuit Wing And (2) Building A3 – Uliège Library, City Center – August 20 Site.. Appointment Of A Special Techniques Design Office (Including Peb Manager) For A Complete Mission Of Studies And Execution Control Relating To The Renovation And Redevelopment Of Two Listed Buildings To Be Renovated Within The 20-Aout Complex Of Uliège, As Part Of The Development Of The 20-Aout Learning Center, Included In The 2024-2030 Strategic Infrastructure Plan Of Uliège: - (1) Building A1j – Jesuit Wing And - (2) Building A3 - Uliège Library Comment: The Mission Of Project Author (Architecture And Coordination) Is Carried Out Internally By The Technical Services Of Uliège (Ari – Uliège). A Stability And Fire Prevention Design Office Is Designated By Separate Procedure. Uliège Has Also Appointed The Health And Safety Coordinator On Its Cosep Framework Agreement And Will Appoint Various Experts Over The Course Of The Studies. Coordination With These Entities, Under The Coordination Of The Technical Services Of Uliège (Ari) As Well As With The Relevant External Authorities (E.G. Awap, Crmsf, Iile, Ville, Dgo4) Constitutes A Company Responsibility. The Mission Of Peb Manager Is Carried Out By The Winning Special Techniques Design Office According To Legal Requirements. The Mission Consists Of Ensuring A Complete Mission Of Studies And Control Of The Execution Of The Work For The Special Technical Parts (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary Facilities, Electricity (Including Lighting, Access Control, Data, Etc.), Elevators) And Peb Manager For The A1j Building (Part 1) And For The A3 Building (Part 2). Both Buildings Are Listed (Facades, Roofs, Frames And Some Interior Rooms). The Mission And Its Constituent Phases Are Defined Exhaustively In The Guidance Note And The Execution Clauses Of This Contract. It Is Specified That For Reasons Of Phasing And Occupancy, The Two Studies/Construction Sites Will Take Place Successively (A1j Then A3), The Mission Relating To Each Building Is Therefore Subject To Its Own Invoicing And Planning. The Market Is Therefore Divided Into Two Parts; Each Relating To A Building, And These Parts Will Therefore Not Necessarily Be Carried Out At The Same Time (Apart From Phase 1). The Necessary Coordination Of Arrivals, Waits, Etc. Common To Both Buildings Is An Integral Part Of The Mission Of The Design Office. The Work Will Take Place In Buildings / A Dense City Center Site Where Continuity Of Activities Must Be Ensured At All Times. A Non-Exhaustive Listing Of The Current Program Is Available Below:  A1j – Jesuit Wing • Level -1: Creation Of The Elevator Shaft And Technical Connections: Water, Heating, Electricity; • Level +0: New Cafeteria And Its Related Functions; • Level +1: Kept As Much As Possible Outside Of The Creation Of The Elevator Shaft; • Level +2: A New Service With Multiple Interior Fittings; • Level +3: Dedicated To A New Office Space Via Complete Transformation Of The Space
