The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Ensure The High-Quality, Safe And Energy-Efficient Functioning Of The Family-Like Substitute Care Service By Reconstructing The Family Houses (2 Buildings) Of Elva Perekeskus Kase Tn 27 Into Technically Up-To-Date, Environmentally Friendly And Crisis-Proof Buildings. As A Result Of The Project, The Childrens Living Environment Is Improved, Service Continuity Is Ensured, And The Buildings Meet The Climate Goals Of Estonia And The Eu. As A Result Of The Construction Works: 1. 2 New High-Efficiency Air Source Heat Pumps Will Be Installed.2. Part Of The Energy Is Produced With Solar Panels And A Battery System.3. Autonomous Electricity Supply Is Ensured By Means Of Two Generators. 4. At Least Energy Efficiency Class C Is Achieved.
