liquid Dairy Products . Description The Client Hereby Invites To A Competition For The Establishment Of An Agreement For The Purchase Of Liquid Dairy Products. The Client Must Enter Into A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Liquid Dairy Products And A 200L H-Milk Mini Tank. The Agreement Shall Be For 2 Years With The Possibility Of Extension By 1 + 1 Year. The Procurement Is Divided Into 2 Groups, And Each Group Shall Be Evaluated Separately. There Is An Opportunity To Make Offers For One Or Both Groups. Group 1 Liquid Dairy Products: It Is Expected That The Products Stated In Appendix 2 Price Form (The Agreement Range) Will Cover Most Of The Clients Needs During The Agreement Period. Several Are Volume Products And Others Have Been Included To Show The Breadth Of The Need. The Client Has A Strong Focus On Assortment Management, But If Necessary During The Contract Period, The Client Must Be Able To Add New/Replaced Products To The Price Form. Stated Volumes Are Only Set To Compare The Providers And Are Not Binding On The Client. Estimated Value: Fredrikstad Municipality: The Value Of The Procurement Is Estimated At Nok 5-7 Million Ex Vat Per Year. The Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period Of 4 Years Is Nok 29 Million Ex Vat. The Estimated Value Is To Be Considered Indicative And Is Not Binding On The Client. The Volume Can Vary Both Up And Down, And During The Contract Period Will Depend On, Among Other Things, The Clients Needs, Activities, Budget Situation And Other Framework Factors. Hvaler Municipality: The Value Of The Procurement Is Estimated At Nok 300,000-400,000 Ex Vat Per Year. The Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period Of 4 Years Is Nok 1.7 Million Ex Vat. The Estimated Value Is To Be Considered Indicative And Is Not Binding On The Client. The Volume Can Vary Both Up And Down, And During The Contract Period Will Depend On The Clients Needs, Activities, Budget Situation And Other Framework Factors. Evaluation Is Done In Mercell. The Client Reserves The Right To Make Purchases Outside Of The Agreement When The Purpose Is Education, Work Training And/Or Other Special Needs Of The Client. The Client Has/Will Also Enter Into A Framework Agreement On Online Grocery Retail, Where The Same Products Will Be Included. The Framework Agreement For Online Groceries Is Intended To Cover The Need For Small Orders, Broken Packaging And Fast Delivery. The Clients Locations Appear In Appendix 7. The Cinema Kiosk In Fredrikstad Municipality Is Not Covered By This Agreement. Group 2: 200L H-Milk Mini Tank The Client Must Enter Into A Framework Agreement For 2 Years With The Possibility Of Extension By 1 + 1 Year For 200L H-Milk Mini Tank. The Value Of The Acquisition Is Estimated At Nok 500,000 - 700,000 Ex Vat Per Year. The Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period Of 4 Years Is Nok 3.3 Million Ex Vat. The 200L H-Milk Mini Tank Is A Separate Group That You Can Enter The Price For Separately In Appendix 2 Price Form. A Separate Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into For The 200L H-Milk Mini Tank. Fredrikstad Municipality Central Kitchen Is The Only User Of This Product. If You Submit An Offer In This Group, Fill In The Price In Appendix 2 Price Form And Fill In A Separate Form For Vehicles (Appendix 3B). The Procurement Documents Are Otherwise The Same For Both Groups. Evaluation For This Group Is Done Outside Mercell. The Client Reserves The Right To Cancel The Competition If Submitted Offers Are Higher Than The Budgeted Or Allocated Funds. A Complete Description Of The Delivery Follows From The Appendices To The Competition Basis.
