3.1 The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In A Single-Story Building Of A Village Community Center In An Open Shell (With A Complete Roof Covering) Along With The Necessary Sanitary Infrastructure On Plot No. 25/3, Nowa Wieś Commune. Sulejów, As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of A Village Community Center In Nowa Wieś. 3.2 The Contract Includes The Following Works: 1) Construction Of Partition Walls; 2) Installation Of Window Joinery, Including: • Single-Segment Tilt-And-Turn Window Made Of Pvc - 4 Pieces, • Tilt-And-Turn, Two-Segment Window Made Of Pvc - 6 Pieces; 3) Installation Of External Window Sills Made Of Steel Sheet Coated;4) Installation Of Pvc Balcony Doors - 1 Piece;5) Installation Of Internal Door Joinery, Including: • Doors On Aluminum Profiles - 2 Pieces;6) Installation Of External Door Joinery, Including: • Doors On Aluminum Profiles - 1 Piece, • Doors On Steel Profiles (Technical) - 1 Piece;Note: The Dimensions Of Window And Door Joinery Should Be Checked In Nature.7) Insulation Of The Building Walls Polystyrene Together With The Implementation Of The Reinforcing Layer; 8) Implementation Of An External Sewage System - Concrete Septic Tank 10 M3; 9) Implementation Of An Internal Under-Floor Sewage System; 10) Preparation Of A Tightness Report For The Under-Floor Sewage System Together With An External Sewage System; 11) Provision Of Comprehensive Surveying Services With An As-Built Inventory Of The Sewage Infrastructure. Together With The Final Application For Collection, The Contractor Will Submit To The Ordering Party The Surveyors Declaration On The Submission Of Surveying Works To The Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center At The District Office In Piotrków. Mode.3.3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Complete Building With The Necessary Infrastructure, Provided That The Subject Of This Order Is The Execution Of Works Included In The Partial Bill Of Quantities Covering The Subject Of The Order. The Bills Of Quantities Are Indicative And The Contractor Is Obliged To Adapt All Quantities To The Actual Situation, Which Does Not Affect The Amount Of The Lump Sum Remuneration. 3.4 The Contractor Will Familiarize Himself With The As-Built Documentation Of The First Stage Of The Investment In The Construction Of A Community Center In Nowa Wieś And Will Perform An On-Site Inspection Of The Constructed Facility (Open Shell State).
